Exousia Trust is a registered charity in Great Britain, established in 1991 by Sean Stillman and his board of Trustees. It was set up primarily as a supporting trust to oversee Sean’s itinerant ministry, within the mainstream church, and his developing mission initiatives among the biking community and marginalised groups.
Since it’s foundation, the Trust has continued to be entirely supported by the gifts and donations of individuals, church groups and occasionally by grants.
As Sean’s ministry developed, so have other aspects of the work. The Trust has also actively supported Sean in seeing the establishment of God’s Squad CMC in the UK and into Europe. In the early nineties we also ran a project called ‘Bibles For Bikers’ which gave away several thousand bibles and users guides to bikers who responded to adverts in biker lifestyle magazines.
Since moving to Swansea in South Wales in 1996, Zac’s Place has been a significant development in the work, both as an urban mission church community and respected outreach among the poor and marginalised.
In 2014 Rough Edges has seen a further development of the work with a social enterprise initiative.
The Trust continues to support Sean in all aspects of his ministry and also Zac’s Place – ‘A Church For Ragamuffins’.
For further details on each aspect of the the work and how to support the work, please have a look at the other pages on the site and links from it, which will give you a deeper understanding of all that we engage in.
Thanks for your interest and looking us up.
